Eligible for a Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if any of the following apply:

• Your order is not fully delivered within the stated delivery time (typically 5–20 minutes, up to 24 hours)
• Your order is only partially delivered within the delivery time.  You can request a partial refund for the items you have not received.

Note: Our support team will keep you updated if there are any delays with your order. Once an order has been successfully delivered, refunds are not applicable.

Not Eligible for a Refund

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• The delivery time has not yet passed
• The order has been successfully completed and delivered
• You provided incorrect account or character details and the order was delivered
• You traded, transferred, or altered the received items after delivery
• Your account was banned due to RWT, RMT, or IRL or risks already explained before delivery
• You fail to cooperate during the delivery process

Important Notes

• We never ask for your account password
• Always communicate with us directly via live chat or official channels
• Do not accept or initiate trades with third parties after your order is completed

Return Policy

We specialize in the delivery of digital in-game items and currency. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final once delivery has been successfully completed.
